These aids provide a "pre-loaded" management structure based on proven best practices from past projects and established methodologies. By supplying a means to fast track the set up and control of our clients’ projects Eagle Eye allows project resources to focus their time on more value added activities while saving time and budget. Where appropriate, the toolkit is integrated allowing the free flow of management data between the various aids.
