Eagle Eye uses an integrated approach to implementing any change within our clients’ organizations via our Change Management Life Cycle ("CMLC'). The CMLC provides a method that encompasses the entire change management process from strategic planning all the way through to tactical execution. This tightly coupled approach helps ensure that all efforts are coordinated, complimentary and driving to the ultimate goal of greater profits for your business. Additionally, the CMLC is designed as an iterative process than can and should be repeated, again and again, to drive continuous improvement within your organization. This iterative approach is used throughout the CMLC to streamline business processes and to ensure the correct levels of automation and staffing are employed at the right time.

In some cases, our clients have already completed various aspects of the change cycle prior to using Eagle Eye's services. In these situations, Eagle Eye takes the existing client deliverables and retrofits them into the CMLC. This allows our clients to leverage their existing assets while positioning themselves to "flesh out" the rest of their approach under Eagle Eye's CMLC methodology. Eagle Eye also leverages our past experiences through the provision of the Eagle Eye Operations Toolkit (E.E.O.T.). These pre-existing tools help our clients to quickly begin implementing the CMLC without having to "reinvent the wheel". This saves our clients time and money and brings the benefits of Eagle Eye's services to bear as quickly as possible.
